overall a wonderful stay on a road trip throughout the day. spotless room and lovely view over the valley and alps. cozy beds and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a dining area, and an electric kettle.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. We liked the location, the amazing view from the chalet, all the details that made us feel at home. We had dinner one night and the food was excellent.

The place was absolutely stunning, our room was top-notch and we really enjoyed it. 👌 the location was awesome, being near Lac Louche was a big plus. Plus, it's super convenient being close to a bus stop which made getting around a breeze.

The Guest House was wonderful. It was clean & had spacious rooms, along with a lovely couple who were the owners. They were friendly & helpful in every way. The breakfast was great (should have been extended to 10:00 AM). The atmosphere was relaxing. The parking was right next to the house. The Guest House was in a quiet small neighborhood - all new and we never even saw another neighbor, yet hear them. The location was conveniet to any place we wanted to see. We would go baved thisck again in a heartbeat.

The room we had had everything except good reading light and a place to put things - another comfortable chair could have solved this problem.

The staff is perfect. Karen and Gary make you feel like in your house with a exceptional and polite treatment. The mountains views are very good and you are in the middle of Alps at 10 min. of Crans-Montana. The breakfast is very complete. I'd recommend to spent holidays in this hotel.

The breakfast was of very good quality and with a good variety. We had an evening meal there which we had to pre-order and that was erally nice too.

The hotel is places in Lens, near Crans-Montana which is a really nice touristic place in Switzerland. The hosts were very warm and kind. The hotel was very clean and calm with a beautiful over mountains. My wife and I really liked our stay at Chalet des Alpes.

Just a small thing: It would be really nice if there were a sort of heater in the bathroom for wet clothes.
